The tour will start from the most characteristic district of Florence, Oltrarno. From this point you will drive the windy road up to the hill to reach the first stop in Piazzale Michelangelo. There, you will have the most exciting and astonishing view of the whole city of Florence, with its famous dome landscape. You will then visit the famous Basilica of ‘San Miniato al Monte’, dating back to 1000 DC, example of the importance of the influence of the Roman Empire in Tuscany.
You will continue the tour in the enchanting Tuscan countryside, immersed by quiet and peace, where you will spot the classic presence of the cypress trees, very typical element of decoration in Tuscany. You will also encounter several vineyard and olive groves, trees very important in the Tuscan life, focused on wine and extra-virgin olive oil making.

There, you will have a delicate and exquisite tasting. The owners will explain you the different types of wine they produce with the same method of their grand-parents, and you will also have the chance to visit the property, with all the varieties of plantation. The savoring of the local product will be an unbelievable experience. The quality of their food is the best one you can find, because everything you will eat is biological.
Once the tasting is over, you will get on your Vespa and continue the drive along the road called ‘Chiantigiana’, known all over the world for the stunning landscape, with gentle hills on the background, medieval villages, sinuous country roads and lines of cypress. The last stop of the Vespa tour is a small village at the bottom of a hill, renewed for its production of tile, the best material in Tuscany used to cover roofs and floors of many houses in Tuscany.
